My passion for health and wellness began during my time as a student athlete at the University of Oregon (2015-2019). I was a member of the Acrobatics and Tumbling team. My time as a student athlete tested my mental and physical capabilities on a daily basis. I was in the best shape of my life during that time. I learned how to lift properly and how to nourish and take care of my body in order to compete at my best.
After I graduated, like many I was confused as to where life was going to take me. I have so many passions that I would love to act upon but I decided to become a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) to help others find their personal balance through food and fitness. Shortly after I became an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, and am now venturing off into personal training. I believe that a balanced lifestyle is the key to an enjoyable life. Food is medicine and fitness is a complimentary proponent to a healthy lifestyle.
