Hi, I’m Casi — a personal trainer and former collegiate athlete passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and balance.

My fitness journey began as a student-athlete at the University of Oregon, where I competed on the Acrobatics & Tumbling team and discovered how empowering movement could be. After college, I became an ACE-certified personal trainer and spent years coaching at Orangetheory Fitness, where I learned how to connect with people at every fitness level.

Today, I work with clients both in person and virtually, with a special focus on helping women feel strong in every season of life. My approach to training is rooted in sustainability, empowerment, and joy — because fitness should support your life, not consume it.
