I offer in-person coaching, live online coaching (via Zoom), monthly training subscriptions, monthly nutrition coaching, and one-time pre-planned programs. Whether you want face-to-face support, live virtual sessions, or self-guided plans, there’s an option for you.
In-Person Coaching: We meet in person for fully personalized sessions. You’ll get real-time guidance, form corrections, and hands-on support.
Live Online Coaching: You’ll train with me over Zoom. I’ll coach you through the workout in real time, watch your form, and keep you accountable — it’s like having me in the room, but from anywhere.
Subscriptions give you structured strength training 2–5x per week, habit coaching, accountability check-ins, form feedback, nutrition guidance, and bi-weekly Zoom calls. Workouts are delivered through the Everfit app, where you’ll also track progress and habits.
Nutrition coaching focuses on making food simple and sustainable. You’ll get bi-weekly Zoom check-ins, custom macro targets, meal ideas with grocery lists, nutrition habits, and ongoing accountability. It’s available as a standalone plan or at a reduced rate as an add-on to training.
The 4, 6, and 8-week programs are self-guided plans delivered through Everfit. They include workouts, habit coaching prompts, a nutrition starter guide, and light accountability tools. These are a great way to kickstart progress before committing to monthly coaching.
Not necessarily. I can design programs for gym-based training or at-home workouts (using dumbbells, bands, or minimal equipment). For live online coaching, you just need enough space and WiFi to connect over Zoom.

Monthly Training: Bi-weekly Zoom calls + weekly check-ins.
Nutrition Coaching: Bi-weekly Zoom calls + habit tracking.

Yes! You can adjust your frequency (2–5x/week) or session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes) for in-person and live coaching. Monthly clients can also upgrade to include nutrition coaching or shift to a different plan as needed.
In-Person Coaching: $50–$90/session (depending on length)
Live Online Coaching: $40–$80/session
Monthly Training Subscriptions: $199–$349/month
Monthly Nutrition Coaching: $199/month (standalone) or $149/month (add-on)
One-Time Programs: $79–$129
Because programs are delivered digitally and coaching begins immediately, refunds are not available. However, I’ll work with you to make sure your plan feels right and aligns with your goals.
