HIIT Full Workout - NO EQUIPMENT
Hello Hello! Today I bring you a full HIIT workout. No equipment needed at all! π
What you need:
π A somewhat large space of grass to run
π Maybe a measuring tape lol
π You, yourself, and u
π Fun Fact: If you complete this workout, you will run about 2.05 miles by the end! πͺπΌ
THE WORKOUT:
βΎοΈCircuit 1: x 3
β’ 200 Yard Jog (for reference: 30 ft. = 10 yards. I measured out 20 yards (60ft) and did that 5 times down and back.)
β’ Squat Jumps x 20
β’ Mountain Climbers x 50
β’ 100 Yard Jog OR half the distance of what you ran first.
βΎοΈCircuit 2: x 3
β’ 200 Yard Jog (refer to first circuit)
β’ Broad Jump to Shuffle x 10
β’ Rolling Burpees to Plank x 10
β’ 100 Yard Jog (refer to first circuit)
βΎοΈ Circuit 3: x 3
β’ 200 Yard Jog (refer to first circuit)
β’ Plank Jacks x 30
β’ Jumping Jacks x 50
β’ 100 Yard Jog (refer to first circuit)
* After you complete each circuit, give yourself about 60 seconds before you start another one!
* Once you complete 3 sets of each circuit, complete each circuit one last time as one large circuit to end the workout.
* This workout took me about 55 minutes to complete (mind you I did not always take the allotted rest time). This is a GOOD one! Donβt forget to save and send to a friend so you can workout βtogetherβ! If you have any questions, I am here for ya! π€
