Upper Body + Warm Up
I truly started my fitness journey when I was in Oregon competing for the Acrobatics and Tumbling team. Throughout my 4 years there I saw so much change not only physically but mentally as well. I have gained this new found appreciation for fitness and wellness and I have Acro to thank for it. I would like to share this journey with you all and I hope you are willing to listen!
I recently became a certified personal trainer through ACE and I also have recently become an Orangetheory Fitness Coach! My fitness journey has only begun and I cant wait for what is to come! 🌟
