Happy Easter! I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday so far even in these times of hardship. Today I wanted to bring you a little at-home abs and core workout (with a little bit of hip flexor work). All you need for this workout is a towel and a long band!
3-4 rounds of all 4 exercises:
1οΈβ£ Pike Ups w/ Towel (10 reps)
2οΈβ£ Dead Bug Crunches (20 reps)
3οΈβ£ S/L Leg Lifts to Straddle Lifts (5ea. 8 rounds total)
4οΈβ£ Alt. to Regular Knee Tucks (10 reps)
