Legs & Booty + HIIT Warm Up
With all of this rain, its a little tough to go outside to get my cardio in. Today’s workout includes a little HIIT cardio circuit that you can do inside to escape the rain! No equipment needed! Then I go into a killer leg/booty circuit with some of my favorite glute bands by @suzie_kb 🍑
Warm Up (2 rounds through all 5 exercises):
1️⃣ Broad Jumps to Shuffle (20 reps)
2️⃣ Mountain Climbers (50 reps)
3️⃣ Squat Jumps (20 reps)
4️⃣ Jumping Jacks (50 reps)
5️⃣ Rolling Burpees (15 reps)
Leg/Booty (3 rounds through all 5 exercises):
1️⃣ Reverse Lunge to Lateral Lunge w/ Towel (10 Ea.)
2️⃣ Lateral Bench Step Overs (20 reps) *Option is to go into reverse lunge to knee drive (10 ea.) if you do not have a bench available.
3️⃣ Resisted Pulse Squat to Jump (10 reps)
4️⃣ Resisted S/L Glute Bridge (12 Ea.)
5️⃣ Wall Sit & DB Chest Press w/ Rotations (45 sec.)
