Happy Tuesday! Today’s workout included some quads and hammies work!

What you’ll need:
🌟 Towel
🌟 Mini Band (I loveeeee mine from @suzie_kb)
🌟 Bench/Box/Chair... get creative!

These workouts that I post are just snippets of a full workout! I normally like to add other muscle groups to my workout, along with some sort of cardio as well!

3-4 rounds of all 4 exercises:
1️⃣ Bench Crossovers (12 ea.)
• Over and back = 1 rep
2️⃣ S/L Reverse Deadlift (12 ea.)
• I used a mini band but you can also use dumbells.
• Maintain a straight line from your head to your tailbone.
• Hinging only at the hips to lower down and stand back up. Your knees should not be moving as you move.
3️⃣ Hamstring Curls w/ Towel (10 reps)
• Try to keep hips up the entire time.
• Dragging your heels into your butt to perform the exercise.
4️⃣ Leg Extension Pulses w/ Mini Band
• Mini band is positioned around ankles.
• One leg is extended while the other is bent underneath you.
• Squeeze through your knee the entire time to activate yur quad muscle. This will also keep your leg straight.
